BaselWorld 2013: Type XXII Flyback Chronograph Gold by Breguet

This year at the annual exhibition of watches and jewelry BaselWorld 2013, the known Swiss watch brand Breguet has presented a new Type XXII Flyback Chronograph Gold watch. This is the first mass-produced mechanical chronograph with a frequency of 10 hertz.
The model Type XXII Flyback Chronograph Gold has a round case in diameter of 44 mm in 18-carat pink gold. The watch water resistant - 100 meters. The case is complemented by a gold bezel with Arabic numerals. The brown dial is equipped with applied Arabic numerals of gold and hands with white luminescent. On the flange, the dial is marked by hour-markers with luminescent substance. Inside the analog pointer of a second time zone at the 6 o’clock position is available the date aperture. At the 3 o’clock position is a 24-hour sub-dial, designed to display the day / night in a second time zone. A sapphire crystal protects the dial.

Type XXII Flyback Chronograph Gold watch by Breguet

The novelty is equipped with a manufacturing caliber Breguet 589F with a silicon escapement and flat balance spring. The mechanism is built on the 27 jewels, has a frequency of 72,000 vibrations per hour, 40-hour power reserve, as well as functions: hours, minutes, seconds, date, second time zone, chronograph function with flyback. The latest function allows you to return the second counter to zero and to implement its immediate restart. The red second’s hand makes a full circle in 30 seconds instead of 60. The mechanism is adjusted in five positions, perfectly trimmed and decorated.
The remarkable Type XXII Flyback Chronograph Gold watch by Breguet comes on a brown alligator strap with white and red stitching and a buckle in 18-carat pink gold.
