Quantieme Perpetual Watch by Ateliers deMonaco at BaselWorld 2012

At the annual international exhibition BaselWorld 2012 the watch company Ateliers deMonaco has introduced a watch Quantieme Perpetual, fitted with a classic watch complication - perpetual calendar. From the rest "perpetuals" the novelty of Ateliers deMonaco features a patented innovative mechanism EaZy, which makes the setup process calendar very simple and quick. To adjust the calendar pointers is using the button integrated in the crown on the lateral surface of the case at the 3 o’clock position "3".

A complete set of calendar pointers is harmoniously integrated into the structure of the dial. To display the date, day, week and month are used large apertures, located at position of "12", "9" and "3" o’clock, respectively. At the 6 o’clock position there is a hand-type power reserve indicator, combined with indicator of modes.
The watch is collected based on the automatic mechanism with an accuracy of 1-4 sec / day. Accuracy is ensured by ceramic parts of the escapement. Hand decorated rotor of the caliber is made of 18K gold, the balance wheel - from the silicon (the frequency of oscillation of the balance of 28. 800 pc / h).
Automatic mechanism is set in a round case with a diameter of 39 mm and a height of 11 mm.

Quantieme Perpetual watch backside

The Quantieme Perpetual watch comes in several versions - in the case of titanium, pink or white gold. On the dial with titanium coating is displayed a pattern of "divergent rays" originating from the central part of the dial, decorated in the form of "tonneau". Skeletonized central and applied Roman numerals, repeating the contour of the case, are made of the same material as the watch case. The originality of the dial is emphasized with the elegance of a curved sapphire crystal. On the back side of the watch is also equipped with the sapphire crystal, which allows observing the work of the artfully decorated mechanism.
Titanium version is issued in an unlimited edition, gold – in a limited edition of 88 instances. All the models are supplied on a leather strap with a folding clasp.
