Limited Watches HMS1 by Arnold & Son at BaselWorld 2012

Virtuosity of British company Arnold & Son watchmakers is fully embodied in the line of men's watches HMS1. The line is part of the Royal Collection, which combines the best of technological and aesthetic heritage of English watchmaking.
The line includes six models HMS1 with elegant, traditional design, clear shapes and smooth lines:
HMS1 (Ref. 1LCAS.S01A.C111S) – a case is made of stainless steel, a dial - white
HMS1 (Ref. 1LCAP.S02A.C111S) – a case – of stainless steel, a dial - anthracite
HMS1 (Ref. 1LCAP.S04A.C110A) – a case - of 18K rose gold, a dial - anthracite
HMS1 (Ref. 1LCAP.W01A.C110A) – a case made of 18K rose gold, a dial - champagne
HMS1 (Ref. 1LCAP.B01A.C111A) – a case made of 18K rose gold, a dial - black
HMS1 (Ref. 1LCAW.S03A.C111W) – a case made of white gold, a dial - silver

In a round case with a diameter of 40 mm is mounted by a manufactory mechanism A&S1001 with manual winding (diameter - 30 mm, thickness - 2.7 mm, 21 jewels, oscillation frequency of the balance - 21 600 pc / h, two winding barrels, providing a 80-hour power reserve). The caliber is completely designed and assembled in the brand’s workshop; parts are polished and decorated by hand. The work of artfully decorated mechanism can be monitored through the transparent back side.
Caliber A & S1001 is equipped with an indication of hours, minutes (by means of the central hands) and second (second hand displayed on a small dial, located at the 6 o’clock position).

The HMS1 watch is a perfect embodiment of classic design, uncomplicated with the excessiveness of the finish. All items are made in strict classical style - a round case, a concisely designed dial, showing the passage of time in all simplicity. Lance-shaped oblong hour markers repeat the contour of the case, and central hands, having an identical shape, catch the eye of their grace.
All the models HMS1 are released in a limited edition: the watches of steel and 18K pink gold - 250 instances, a version in white gold - 100 instances.
Men's watches HMS1are available at leather straps in black or dark-colored tobacco.
To buy watches exhibited at BaselWorld 2012 will be available through the official representatives of Arnold & Son.
