The history of Ferrari logo

Francesco BaraccaThe emblem of the famous Ferrari Ferrari logocorporation was originally created by pilot - fighter Francesco Baracca, who was the ace of World War II. Francesco was the idol of millions of Italians and of the Enzo Ferrari. Enzo saw the logo completely by chance, remembered it, but did not attach any importance to this. A few years Ferrari had met with the father of the famous aviator Francesco Baracca. Some time later, he met the mother of Francesco. One day she offered to put the Ferrari family coat of arms of his family as a sign on the car. She was sure that it will bring good luck Ferrari. After a while the mother presented with Francesco Ferrari logo, which depicted prancing stallion. For the first time the car drove a Ferrari to race in Spa town with an emblem on the hood in 1932, on July 9. Originally the coat of arms was depicted only a black horse, but Ferrari added a yellow background - the color of native city of Enzo. The emblem has changed several times, consisted of several pieces of metal and was covered with chromium and copper in some detail. Later, the logo was decorated with national colors of Italy. And then one of the Italian designers developed the layout of the current logo Ferrari. Of course, the Ferrari brand makes people real delight, as a symbol of quality, reliability and luxury.
