 The young Swiss De Bethune company has already managed to conquer the passion of many collectors and wrist watch connoisseurs and has never stopped amazing the audience with its exclusive models. The small company, that appeared in the new Millennium, entered the watch market and proved, that only the right strategy can enable a watch brand to become not only recognizable, but also popular. “Style. Creativity. Quality.” is the company's founders', David Zanetta and Denis Flageollet's, motto. Namely this motto and the optimal precision are their main aim, led to the production of complicated and innovative movements, installed in the cases, made of high quality materials, spherical moon phase indicators. The strive for the best and for perfection enabled the experts to elaborate an instrument for automatic rewind speed adjustment. The watch's owner has an ability to choose one of the 3 rewind speed modes, determined by the lever, driven by the crown. The hand movement force and intensiveness help to determine the normal, sports or even slow rewind mode, shown by the special indicator, installed on the dial and on the watch's case back.
De Bethune brand's creators had another aim as well: designing a watch, that would be able to combine everything they had ever wanted. This watch is the “Dream Watch One” model, embodying an architectural combination of light, time and space. The Dream Watch One model's cold futuristic minimalism and simplicity, concealing complicated technical inventions, won't leave any collector indifferent. There are 2 variants of the model: a platinum case with a mirror-polished dial (Ref. DW1PS6) and a platinum case with a black mirror-polished dial (Ref. DW1PS8). The case's diameter is 42,9 mm, its thickness is 12,1 mm. The case is supplied with movable cushions, giving the watch unique image. The watch's unusual dial, made of polished stainless steel, represents the play of light and shadow. There's a moon phase indicator on a small round at the “6” position. The dial is protected with a sapphire crystal with double antireflective coating. The watch's crown is situated at the “12” position. The black leather strap supplements the exclusive Dream Watch One model. The watch is equipped with a manufacture mechanical DB 2016 caliber movement with manual rewind. The movement with a tri-dimensional moon phase indicator consists of 254 details, it is assembled on 29 jewels, its frequency is 28800 oscillations per hour, the power reserve, indicated on the case back as a white and red round, is 6 hours. The design of the winding rotor, which is the watch's innovation, is rather peculiar. The rotor without a visible balance spring has become a part of the unique movement, driven by vibration. The central part of the rotor is made of silicone and the outer part – of platinum. The powerful charge of eternal motion is radiated by its mirror surface, surrounded by polished axles.
