Azimuth Xtreme-1 - a watch for sports enthusiasts

Azimuth watch brand produced the Xtreme-1 watch collection for supporters of extreme sports, who keep a strained feeling of life in their search of adventures, in 2010. The collection was presented within the framework of the BaselWorld 2010 watch and jewelery exhibition.
 The sports watch line was designed by Azimuth company's designing engineers together with the world-famous explorer, archeologist and deep water diver, Fernando Alberto Lozano Andrade. The Xtreme-1 watches are made of 316L stainless steel and firm titanium. All collection's models are characterized with complicated technical specifications and increased exploitation potential, which is an inviolable requirement, applied to watches, used in extreme conditions. The models' water resistance reaches 2000 metres.
 The timepieces' exceptional precision and sustainability is a result of adherence to technological processes of watch assembly. The Xtreme-1 collection includes 3 models: the Deep Diver, the Sea-Hum GMT and the Sea-Hum 3TZ watch.
 The Deep Diver watch is a professional instrument for divers. The model's case has a square shape. Traditionally diver watches have a round shape, which is more easily exposed to sealing action. The movement is protected from moisture by a sealed capsule, placed inside the case. The model is based on the ETA 2826 Big Date movement. The case is made of high quality titanium. The watch's dial is characterized with double-level indication system – the date aperture and the central hands, counting hours, minutes and seconds. The “sports” style is finished by the rubber strap. The model's water resistance allows you to dive 2000 metres deep with it.
 The Sea Hum GMT model's 45-mm diameter steel case is supplied with a helium valve. Watches with helium valves are made for sea extreme lovers and professional divers. Professional divers are transported to the work object for carrying out deep water works in a diving-bell, where mixture of gases with a significant part of helium circulate. Helium molecules are smaller, than oxygen molecules and at the pressure of 20 bars they infiltrate into the case through metal. This pressure can push the watch's crystal out, when returning back to atmosphere pressure. The helium valve is made for evening the pressure inside and outside the case. Apart from its main functions, the watch has 2 time zones indication. The model's water resistance allows its owner to dive 1500 metres deep with the watch on.
 The Sea Hum 3TZ watch's peculiarities are 3 time zones indication and 500-metre water resistance.
 All Xtreme-1 collection's models have 46-hour power reserve. The central hands and the numeric indexes are covered with luminescent coating, which lets you easily read time even in night time.
