New features of design: a caliber by Tissot and ETA
The well-known watch brand Tissot and the Swiss company ETA, which produces mechanisms for watches, have developed a new caliber ETA 2825-2.

Caliber ETA 2825-2
Feature of the mechanism is the possibility of arbitrary placement of pointers, which in turn opens up new design possibilities of the dial. This is possible thanks to the flexible module with two rows of holes of 12 to set the gears in them, which carry traffic of the hour, minute and second hands. Designers can set the gears in any of the holes.
The automatic mechanism ETA 2825-2 is gathered on the 25 jewels composed of 182 parts. The diameter of the caliber is 25.60 mm, length - 6.60 mm, frequency - 4 Hz. The mechanism is equipped with a 42-hour power reserve.

Tissot Le Locle Automatic Small Second watch
The new mechanism ETA 2825-2 has already been installed in the two models of Tissot: Tissot Le Locle Automatic Small Second - the hour and minute hands are placed in the center, and the pointer with a small second’s hand – at the 5 o’clock position; and Tissot Couturier Automatic Small Second – the pointer of hours and minutes is located at the 1 o’clock position and the second pointer – at the 7 o’clock position.
