BaselWorld 2013: Turbillon by Perrelet
At the annual exhibition of watches and jewelry BaselWorld 2013, the watch company Perrelet has introduced a novelty Turbillon, equipped, as the name suggests, with a watch complication - the tourbillon. The name of the timepiece Turbillon is combined the words "turbine" and "tourbillon".

On the dial of the model can be seen recognizable blades made of sapphire glass. Sapphire is chosen specifically to tourbillion is clearly visible. The central hour and minute hands are placed on a round disc, which features with Cotes de Genève pattern. It, along with a tourbillon forms a figure 8. On the dial are marked Arabic numerals 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. The delightful tourbillion is placed at the 12 o’clock position.

The dial is inserted into a 46 mm round stainless steel case. The novelty Turbillon is equipped by an automatic mechanism P-371 with a double rotor.
