| There was time when Jean-Frederic Dufour became a CEO of Swiss watch manufacture ZENITH he decided to renew production of classic watch models which ZENITH watch company was known for. These were timepieces of very restricted design and quite affordable price which made ZENITH watch not only fashionable attribute of POSH youth but also a piece of image of intelligent people – professors, doctors, scientist, lawyers and etc. There came a result of such politics new Zenith Elite Ultra Thin (REF.18.2010.681/75.C498) wristwatch which became a real incarnation of style, beauty and Swiss quality.
Watch model is based on well-known Swiss caliber El Primero. Thanks to automatic rewind Elite 681 can work for 50 hours long. Watch-makers of ZENITH manufacture while working hard could make the elements of the movement extra thin and small. The thickness of the movement is 3,81mm, diameter is 40mm and high is only 7,6mm.
Case is made of 18carat rose gold, it is waterproof (50meters). At the back lid of the case there is a transparent aperture through which owner can observe work of the movement. The sector of rewind is made of tungsten and decorated with traditional guilloching «Côtes de Genève».
The dial of Zenith Elite Ultra Thin is brown-colored, guilloched. Hands are look like swards.
At the position of “9 o'clock” there is a small hand of seconds. This model has facet hour-marks made of 18carat rose gold.
For better reading of time Zenith Elite Ultra Thin has a bulging sapphire double-anti-reflective coated.
Strap is made of genuine leather, supplied with 18 carat rose gold buckle. Inside of the strap is rubber-made. The number of released Zenith Elite Ultra Thin is only 250 items. It is beautiful composition of the best Swiss-made movement and elegant design. |
