All 12 "zodiac" models presented in 38 mm round case in white gold, bezel and crown are decorated with diamonds. Van Cleef & Arpels watch is based on a mechanical movement with manual winding. The dials of models are decorated with depicting of each sign.

The watch Lady Arpels Zodiac combines variety of craft, in resulting image of the zodiacal signs silhouetted on the dial. Special engraving corresponds to each element - earth, water, air and fire, the color of which is the background for the sign’s image of the corresponding element.

Applique create different levels of depth on each dial. "Zodiac" motives are made of gold and decorated with precious stones, particularly diamonds and opals, which are located on the mother of pearl dial.

These compositions are further enhanced using additional components: a touch of opaque enamel, using marquetry as well as yellow and white diamonds, symbolizing the star. Depicted on the model sign is also engraved on the case back.
