Jean-Claude Biver was appointed as a curator of LVMH
The luxury holding LVMH has announced that head of watches and jewelry holding LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Francesco Trapani resigns, and Jean-Claude Biver of Hublot replace him.
CEO and Chairman of LVMH, Bernard Arnault, said about the resignation of Trapani follows: "For many years, Francesco Trapani gradually transformed Bulgari into a brand, respected worldwide for its elegance and attractiveness. In the past three years, Francesco successfully completed the integration of this prestigious brand with our group companies. I am glad that I will be able to continue to rely on his wisdom and advice in the coming years. I am also happy that Jean -Claude Biver has agreed to become the head of our time assets. On March 1, responsibility for watch brands of LVMH, such as TAG Heuer and Zenith, will be entrusted to Jean-Claude Biver, currently the president of Hublot. The jewelry brands of the luxury holding (Bulgari, Chaumet, Fred and De Beers) will now report to Antonio Belloni, a manager of LVMH.
