The novelty Hoptroff No.10 is equipped with a quantum caliber Quantum SA.45s, produced by the American company Symmetricom.

This caliber was initially developed with U.S. Department of Defense for use in cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, where there is a need for interference with navigation signals GPS. The mechanism with dimensions of 40 mm x 34.8 mm x 11.3 mm is inserted into the case with 25 mm thick and 82 mm in diameter. It is more like a pocket watch than wrist.

The first 3D - printed prototype of the watch was printed from plastic. It was tested in the watch instead of the traditional case, which has been formed by conventional milling. The company then using the laser sintering of metal (DMLS) built the first model of the watch in a 18 - carat gold case.
