New Great Barrier Reef Timepiece by Steinhart

German watchmaker Steinhart in conjunction with the television program about science Welt der Wunder, which is on channel RTL II and dedicated to the Great Barrier Reef (Great Barrier Reef - the world's largest coral reef located in the Coral Sea, along the northeast coast of Australia), has released a new limited edition diver's watch Great Barrier Reef.
The model has a brushed round case with a diameter of 44 mm stainless steel. The case is equipped by a unidirectional rotating diving toothed bezel with Arabic numerals and a red triangle at the 12 o’clock position. The watch water resistance - 1000 meters.

The matte black dial with red flange is equipped with applied hour markers and hands in white luminous compound. The second’s hand is made in red tones. It blends in well with the red crown, located at the 4 o’clock position. The date aperture is placed at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is protected by sapphire glass, 5 mm thick.
The model Great Barrier Reef is assembled on the base of the Swiss automatic caliber ETA 2824 with features indicating the hours, minutes, seconds and date.
The novelty comes on a black strap with red stitching. The model is released in a limited edition - 111 items.
