SIHH 2013 - an exclusive look at the high watchmaking

The 23rd Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie SIHH open its doors to lovers of watch delights. The exhibition, which sets the tone for the whole year will be held from 21 to 25 January 2013 at Palexpo, Geneva.

Following tradition, the 23rd exhibition will show the first event in the calendar of the watch industry. Every year the number of retailers, journalists and representatives of brands participating in the exhibition replenished. From year to year SIHH is gaining strength.
At the forthcoming exhibition will bring together 12,000 visitors from five continents, including 1,200 journalists.

History of the exhibition is presented in the eponyms book of Dominique Fléchon. The book also traces the history of watchmaking as a reflection of human genius. In fact, since the first gnomon to modern masterpiece creations of micromechanics, the man has invented innovations, enabling him to keep pace with the age of the technological progress. Such brands with global recognition as A. Lange & Söhne, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Cartier, Greubel Forsey, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Montblanc, Officine Panerai, Parmigiani Fleurier, Piaget, Ralph Lauren, Richard Mille, Roger Dubuis, Vacheron Constantin, Van Cleef & Arpels will exhibit their latest developments at the upcoming show.
