From 14 to 15 September in the walls of the old arsenal of the New York Park Avenue Armory the second exhibition TimeCrafters will be held, which will showcase the latest achievements of the largest watch companies.
TimeCrafters - one of the largest and most impressive watch shows that have passed in the U.S. over the last decade. The first exhibition was organized in 2011 by the watch edition Editions Temps International (ETI) with the full support of the exhibiting companies. It was represented by 19 brands of class Luxury. This year, the number of participants has increased significantly. Let’s introduce a list of companies planning to submit their new creations at an upcoming exhibition: A. Lange & Söhne, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Blancpain, Breguet, Bulgari, Chopard, De Bethune, Dior, Frédérique Constat, Girard Perregaux, Glashütte Original, Harry Winston, Hublot, Parmigiani, Omega, Oris, Ralph Lauren, Richard Mille, TAG Heuer and Zenith, and others.
The exhibition will also be organized in small workshops, through which fans can watch the mechanics learn more about the intricacies of watchmaking. Skilled craftsmen will demonstrate a painstaking and laborious process of creating a watch. Visitors can also observe the work of skilled enamel, engravers and jewelers, which contribute to the process of making watch parts.

During the exhibition, representatives of the brands talk about their achievements in watchmaking craft and introduce new models that embody the artistic skill and traditions, bold designs and innovations. Some companies are preparing a surprise for their fans: in addition to the main exhibition, they prepared a separate stand for the iconic models.
During the exhibition, visitors can take part in the presentation time of Swatch, where their attention will be a legendary Blum Collection, which owes its existence to the Swiss entrepreneur Peter Blum and his wife Linda Blum, collecting Swatch watches from the first days of the brand existence. In total, the collection consists of 4363 items, of which there are prototypes, and versions of hybrids watches, and not admitted to general availability.
And the Federation of Swiss Watch Industry FH will present an interactive exhibit called “Think Time - Think Swiss Excellence”. The purpose of the exhibition - not only to introduce fans of watchmaking with the latest industry-leading manufacturers, but also tell them about the history of horology, more than one century. Thanks to the initiative of the FH, visitors can get acquainted with the multifaceted nature of the Swiss watch industry, it’s past and present.
In September 13, the day preceding the opening of the exhibition, the organizers has announced the "press day": the territory of exhibition space will include accredited journalists who will monitor the progress of the exhibition, presenting the latest news to the court of watchmaking enthusiasts.
