Swiss watch brand Laurent Ferrier presents a new model Galet Classic Ivoire, the dial of which is made in ivory with a coating of hot enamel. Enameling technique is one of the methods used in the manufacture of dials. Enameled surface is made of fine powder which is baked at a very high temperature. To create the perfect surface of the dial, each detail requires more attention and professional attitude.
The model is made in classic style, and at first sight it cannot be seen the whole series of great complications, which modified the novelty Galet Classic Ivoire. For example, the tourbillon is only visible through the transparent back side. It should be also noted that the position of the tourbillon does not change with a change of time of day.
Under the dial of ivory it is hidden the main plate, made of 18K gold. The plate is used in the ratchet mechanism instead of lever spring, which is considered to be more productive.

The novelty Galet Classic Ivoire is designed on the basis of the manufacturing movement FBN 916.01, fully developed, assembled and tested in the workshop of the company. The unique calibner is certified as a chronometer. Power reserve of the mechanism with the full winding is 80 hours.
