A Watch VincenTerra GMT-3.avi is finally ready

The working on the creation of this unique watch was started in 2004. During those seven years, Vincent Plomb (the model creator) was able to overcome many technical and financial problems. For the sake of release of this model in 2010, he founded his own watch company VincenTerra. And now the creation is ready. Yet at this moment 80 items of the watch is assigned on pre-orders. Home sales will be at the coming 2012 year.

The first the dial of VincenTerra is the object of the interest. It is simple and concise due to the usage of simple circular shapes, but at the same time, if you look closely, it combines four of these additional complications such as date, second time zone, and time of day display and a rotating model of the Earth.

Indicator of day time cannot be seen not once - it is set at the position of "12 o’clock", for the most part under the main dial. Totally integrated into the main three-hand dial was the retrograde date indicator. The scale stretches from 1 to 4 hours. For a greater emphasis this indicator is skeletonized so that you can see bright red rubies of the watch mechanism. Lower left quarter of the dial is covered by the second time zone sector –a single-hand one, but the 24-hours. But the most entertaining part of the dial is marked at the position of "5 o’clock" - a rotating colorful model of the globe, indicating the cardinal directions. All hands of the dial are made of blued steel, decorated with "Breguet apples."

The VincenTerra case has a tonneau shape and is made of polished stainless steel 316L. Its length is 54.5 mm, width of 44.6 mm and 14.6 mm thickness. The water-resistant is to 50 meters. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, as well as a round window of the globe on the lateral side of the case and case back. Also on the back cover is a large circular window to the back of the mechanism for indicating the day and night.

Inside VincenTerra is installed a modified automatic ETA 2892 caliber with a 42-hour power reserve. The mechanism has 42 jewels, a balance frequency of 28 800 pc / hr. Its diameter is 31.8 mm. The model is equipped with a leather or rubber (at buyer's choice) strap with a steel folding clasp. Leather strap is black and the rubber one - white.
