Analysis of the Watches by the newest program Watch Analysis

Competitive intelligence in production is time consuming and expensive process. It is considered one of the most important components in marketing, but as a separate branch has not well developed yet.
Two top managers with experience in the watch industry, Jerome Morel and Giuseppe Sturchio decided to fill this gap. After two years of preparation and years of development, they run a computer program Watch Analysis in English and French. Access to the platform is done online through a personal login. It will be collected database for the existing watches. With a few clicks it will be possible to collect information on 26 criteria such as price range of movements, material and shape of the case, and set the virtual position of the new model in a competitive environment.
"This analysis will then be presented in the form of infographics, which will allow you to compare your product with your competitors' products at a glance - explains Jérôme Morel, a former logistics and sales manager for several watch companies. - Click on the model, you open the list of its characteristics. The system is very user friendly. You can make adjustments in place to expedite the decision making process and save considerable time. "
Total program Watch Analysis consists of four components:
Step 1: Watch Analysis platform is protected by login and password
Step 2: analysis based on a list of user-selected criteria
Step 3: The new product is shown in the diagram infographics, which allows easy comparison with competing models
Step 4: data analysis can be saved, printed, sent as a PDF document or as a full-screen format for the meetings.
Despite a certain apprehension that surrounds any innovation, the program Watch Analysis will be open to work in October 2011. According to Jerome Morel, the system will be updated several times a year with the launch of new models. Future versions will probably provide an analysis based on geographic criteria, playing on two axes of graphs and historical data.
