New Monterubello Solo Tempo and Monterubello Chronograph from Ermenegildo Zegna
The Italian company Ermenegildo Zegna, known for its line of men's clothing, shoes and perfume, in September 2011 introduced two new watch models Monterubello Solo Tempo and Chronograph, performed in a traditional classical style.
In manufacturing of the wristwatch Monterubello Solo Tempo used 18-karat pink and white gold. The case has a round body with the diameter of 38 mm. The caseback and the dial are equipped with the antiglare coating sapphire crystal. The model water-resistant is up to 30 meters. The Pearl dial with white gold Arabic numerals is modified by central hands of hour, minute, second and the date aperture at 3 o'clock position. The hour and minute hands are made of gold, and the second hand - of blued steel.
The wrist watches are designed on the basis of an automatic mechanism Girard-Perregaux GP03300-0030 made in Switzerland. The reliable mechanism 37 jewels makes 28 800 vph and has a 46-hour power reserve. The model comes on a leather strap in black.
But the new chronograph Monterubello Chronograph has a case in diameter of 40 mm in 18-karat gold. The watch dial and case back are fitted with anti-glare coating sapphire crystal. The model water-resistant - 30 meters.
The white dial features with the chronograph counters at positions 12 hours, 9 and 6. The aperture of the date is set between 4 and 5. The small hands on the counters are made of blued steel.
The model is based on the Swiss automatic mechanism Girard-Perregaux GP03300-0032. The mechanism is paved with 63 jewels, makes 28 800 vph and provides a 48-hour power reserve. The attached brown strap is made of genuine leather.
