Nowadays in watch producing industry it is very popular to produce watches with reference to a vintage models. Being ispired by a new trend, Canadian designers Mike Giles, Aaron Daley and Dan Julien decided to make a digital watch which can remind cult models of 80-s.
In the collection of a vintage watches issued by Neuvo brand designers tried to recreate design of passed times. As a result there came simple watch models supplied with the same functions as the prototypes: minutes, seconds date and alarm-clock.
It should be mentioned that the first watch model supplied with light-emitting diode appeared in 1972. the peak of their popularity was in 80-s 90-s of XX century, however many companies still produce the same models as they did before.
Multifunctional watches made with apply of latest innovations became popular and referred to a modern number of fashion exotics.
However Neuvo watches makers were inspired by a nostalgia of 80-s and concentrated their attention on “emotional” component but not on a technical one.
