BaselWorld 2014: Genie 02 Air by Breva

Swiss watchmaker Breva at the international exhibition of watches and jewelry BaselWorld 2014 will officially unveil its new model Genie 02 Air.
The novelty has a round case with a diameter of 44.7 mm and a thickness of 16.1 mm titanium black. Water-resistant - 30 meters. At the 9 o`clock position is set the crown, which is provided for the winding and set the time. At the 2 o`clock position is posted the crown, designed to adjust the altimeter. To control the air valve is possible by using the button at the 4 o`clock position.
The complex multi-level dial features Arabic numerals, indices and hands with white luminescent. At the 8 o`clock position is an additional dial with hour and minute hands, and at the 4 o`clock position - the second`s hand and the power reserve aperture. Placed at the 5 o`clock position, two capsules provide the work of the altimeter. They are connected with two pointers of the height through the special lever and a complex wheel system. The sector pointer at the 12 o`clock position measures thousands of feet or meters, and the round analog pointer at the 2 o`clock position measures hundreds of feet or meters. There is an additional pointer of the air pressure in hPa at the 2 o`clock position.

The double-sided anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the dial. On the back cover is also installed a sapphire crystal, engraved with abbreviations of international airports with their altitude.
The new Genie 02 Air is based on the Swiss manual winding caliber, which was designed by Jean-François Mojon from Chronode atelier specifically for Breva. The mechanism is assembled on 45 jewels, equipped by a 65 - hour power reserve.
The watch comes on a rubber strap with a titanium buckle.
The price of the model is 120,000 Swiss francs.
