Fireman Storm Chaser Pro from Ball: a storm hunter
The watch company BALL announces a new chronograph Fireman Storm Chaser Pro. The novelty is co-developed with a partner Dr. Joshua Wurman, a meteorologist and a member of the BALL Explorers Club. Since 2008 Dr. Wurman acts as the brand ambassador. He is a candidate of meteorology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), President CSWR (Research Center of extreme weather events). The researches of Dr. Wurman helped to observe safety measures and rescue people when a tornado.

The new Ball Watch Fireman Storm Chaser Pro watch is a professional tool, equipped with functions used by hunters for storms. The chronograph is based on the automatic mechanism, which is seen through the sapphire crystal on the case back. The digital pointers of the day of the week and the date are incorporated into a double aperture at the 3 o’clock position. The watch is concluded in a 42 mm stainless steel case, equipped by a bezel with anodized aluminum ring in frosted black. Water-resistant - 100 meters.

Availability of chronometer and telemetry allows calculating the approximate distance to the natural phenomenon. It is used to determine the distance of military artillery, in peacetime - in the field of meteorology.
