Recently, the Swiss holding company Richemont, which specializes in the production of luxury goods, has announced the retirement of Pilar Boxford from April 1, 2013. Boxford leaves also the Governing Board of the company.
Pilar began to work in 1979 in Cartier Paris as product manager to launch perfume Cartier. At the same time, she was responsible for the promotion of the brand worldwide. 5 years later, she was transferred to Cartier London Director of Communications.
Later Boksford was appointed as a director of the department of public relations and joined the Management Committee. Being retired, she will continue to work as a consultant with Richemont, supporting various tasks in the home group to advance.
