Bernard Fornas will join the board of directors in Richemont Group

Richemont Group has recently announced the submission of nominations Bernard Fornas on the on the board of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA.

Now Mr. Fornas - is Deputy of Chief Executive Officer and member of the Richemont Group Management Committee. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2012 he was CEO of Cartier. In April 1, 2013, Bernard Fornas will assume one of the two Chief Executive Officers of Richemont, and his colleague in the office will be Richard Lepo.
Bernard Fornas’s candidacy is presented for a vote at the annual board meeting, scheduled for September 12, 2013. Shareholders at the same meeting must approve his appointment as an executive director.
