BaselWorld 2014: U-Boat Chimera 48 Carbonio

The watchmaker U-Boat at the international exhibition BaselWorld 2014 has officially unveiled its novelty Chimera 48 Carbonio. The model has a 48 mm carbon fiber case. Water-resistant - 100 meters. The large crown, designed as a lever, located at the 9 o`clock position, and the button of the chronograph &ndasih at the 10 o`clock position.

The black dial, enclosed by a sapphire crystal with AP coating, is equipped with hour markers, Arabic numerals and hands with luminescent coating. At the 9 o`clock position is placed a date aperture, at the 3 o`clock position - an additional dial to indicate the second time zone and chronograph pointers are located at the 12 and 6 o`clock positions.

The Chimera 48 Carbonio watch runs on the base of the Swiss automatic movement ETA Valjoux 7751, 25 jewels, with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and 44 - hour power reserve.

The watch comes on a calfskin strap with a buckle of carbon fiber.
