The watch company Glycine, founded in 1914 in Bienne by Eugene Meylan, presents its limited edition model Airman 1953 Vintage. Design of the novelty is made in vintage style of the50's in the last century.
The model is presented in the case of a 42 mm from stainless steel. The case is equipped by a rotating bezel with 24-hour markings. On the white dial there are black Arabic numerals. On the right side, the dial has the numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 (AM) and the left side - 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24 (PM). Indication of hours, minutes and seconds is carried out by using three hands coated with luminescent substance in "vintage" yellow-brown color. Large aperture of the date with magnifying lens is placed at the 3 o’clock position.
