BaselWorld 2012: De Bethune introduces a DB 28 ST Watch
The watch company De Bethune has presented at the annual international exhibition BaselWorld 2012 a novelty - a DB 28 ST watch, in which are combined the traditions of high watchmaking art with the company's philosophy, with the participation of the brand’s founders David Zanetta and Denis Flageollet.
The researches, conducted over the years, have become a unique result, which drew attention to the company's pavilion at the exhibition. The model is made in an original manner, consisted of a layered structure of disks that are, as if, built around the suspension bridges of the mechanism.
The DB 28 ST watch is performed on the basis of mechanical caliber DB2119 with manual winding, on the basis of 47 jewels, with a frequency balance of 36,000 vibrations per hour, and the central second’s jumping hand. Power reserve is 4 days.
The round watch case in diameter of 43 mm and thickness of 12.3 mm is made of titanium Grade 5 polished by micro bearings. The bezel of the model is made of platinum. Crystal - sapphire crystal coated with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The watch dial - silver, decorated with a pattern in the style of Cotes de Bethune. The case back is made of polished titanium Grade 5. The watch strap is made of genuine alligator leather with a pin clasp.
