The famous watchmaker Louis Erard at the world exhibition BaselWorld 2012 has unveiled a new collection of "1931."
A collection that embodies the essence of the brand, not by accident got its name because just in 1931 the company Louis Erard was founded.
The watch line reflects the perfect balance between classicism and originality, excellence and accessibility, complexity and severity of style. Five lines of chronometers, which can be classified according to characteristics such as: classical, with a distinctive for the brand complications, large buildings with a diameter of 44 mm, stainless steel or 18 carat gold.
The collection of "1931" is rich: here side by side exist classic, precious, pronounced, exclusive models in a limited edition.

The watch company Louis Erard allows its fans to choose an appropriate model from the collection by their liking. This is a great opportunity to please lovers of mechanical watches, for which technical skill and aesthetic perfection are always synonymous with availability.
The collection includes two models of the regulator, issued in a limited edition, one chronograph in diameter of 44 mm, and three models with a small second hand, demonstrating mastery of the watch home.
The watches Regulator (Ref. 52 206 AA 30/35) are presented in the circular steel cases with a diameter of 40 mm. The dial of the model (Ref. 52 206 AA 30) is silver, hands - black, while the dial of (Ref. 52 206 AA 35) watch is dark blue, hands - white. Both models’ dials are skeletonized and decorated with the “Cotes de Geneve” pattern. The minute indication is carried out by means of the central hands; hour pointer is located at 12 o’clock position, the second hand, offset from the center – at the 6 o’clock position. The dials are protected by an anti-reflective sapphire glass. The transparent case back allows you to enjoy the work of mechanical mechanism with manual winding. Models are available on a black or dark blue strap with a steel folding clasp. The watch is released in a limited edition - 180 items.

The next model from the collection "1931" - a new chronograph (Ref. 78 228 AS 13) with a round steel case diameter of 44 mm. Gray or white dial features Arabic numerals, three hands and three pointers at the "12:00", "6:00" and "9:00” o’clock positions. The aperture of the date and day of the week is marked at the 3 o’clock position.
The chronograph is complemented by a leather gray strap with a folding clasp in stainless steel. The chronograph is compiled on the basis of Swiss ETA 7750 Valjoux mechanism with automatic winding.

The collection of "1931" is complemented by three models - (Ref. 47 217 AA 11/03/15), submitted in round cases with a diameter of 40 mm in stainless steel. Gray, silver or dark blue dials are equipped with Arabic numerals, two hands and a small second’s hand at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is protected by a convex sapphire glass. The transparent back side lets you enjoy the operation of the mechanical mechanism ETA / Reseux 7001 with manual winding. Models are available in leather gray straps, dark blue or the color of coffee with a folding clasp.
Strong, noble, pure, bold, modern, and first of all functional timepieces of Louis Erard are completely different in architecture and uncompromising finish.
