BaselWorld 2012: Eberhard & Co Presents Champion V Grande Date Watch

At the international exhibition BaselWorld 2012 the Swiss watch company Eberhard & Co has introduced a new Champion V Grande Date watch, which appearance attracts the attention with the refined performance and dynamics of the modern world.
The men's chronograph is "dressed" in a stylish steel case in diameter of 42.8 mm. The domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal on its inner side is held on the case by a steel bezel, equipped with anodized aluminum ring. Screwed case back with a perfectly polished surface is fixed by 6 screws. Waterproof of the model reaches up to 50 meters.
The bezel of the novelty is marked by a tachometer scale, counting down testimonies not in miles, but in kilometers. The central hands of the timepiece for easy dial’s reading under all lighting conditions are covered with white phosphor composition Superluminova.
The new font on the dial and clear form of numerals create the effect of modern design, and a perfect combination of black and white dial with bright red accents are enhanced the sporty directionality of its external design. The dial of the novelty is made in several versions: perfect black and blue. At the 3 o’clock position is a large aperture of date. The small second’s hand is put to the lateral dial at the 9 o'clock position, framed in a black circle. The whole dial in general fascinates with its organic and readability.
The novelty is designed based on an automatic mechanism LJP 8210, developed and assembled by Swiss manufacturer La Joux-Perret. The reliable and robust mechanism ensures the function of indicating hours, minutes, seconds, date and chronograph function and tachymeter.
The new Champion V Grande Date watch is supplied on a leather strap with prominent stitching or on a Chablis bracelet, made of stainless steel with a folding clasp.
