Watch, made for adventure: Terranaut I Trail by Mühle-Glashütte
German watchmaker Mühle-Glashütte has announced a new watch model Terranaut I Trail, which will be presented at the upcoming international exhibition BaselWorld 2012.
The new chronograph is the epitome of dynamism and movement. Every detail in the luxury watch design and its functionality are "peppered" with the spirit of adventure.
The round case of the novelty is made in two variants: satin stainless steel and stainless steel with black PVD-coated. Case diameter is 44 mm, and thickness - 13.6 mm. The front side of the case is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, which also serves as a transparent case back. Screwed-in crown is located at the 3 o’clock position, between the chronograph buttons set at 2 and 4 o’clock. The watch water resistant is up to 5 bars.
Black, with a satin surface the dial is graduated with hour markers and hands coated with luminous compound SuperLuminova, which promotes ideal reading in any light. At the periphery of the dial there is the minute markings.
Inside the case of the novelty is built a manufacturing automatic movement MU 9408, with a system of regulation 'woodpecker’s neck', three-quarter plate and characteristic finishing. The power reserve of the caliber is 48 hours.
Time is indexed by the central hour and minute hands. The date aperture is posted on the dial at 3 o'clock position. Chronograph functions are displayed on the 12-hour indicator at 6 o'clock position and a 30-minute display at 12 o'clock position, as well as with the central seconds hand with red tip.
The Terranaut I Trail watch comes on a Russian leather strap with a steel buckle and white stitching or stainless steel bracelet with a buckle in the form of butterfly.
To buy the Terranaut I Trail watch in stainless steel case is available for 2 350 euros, while in the case with black PVD-coated - for 2450 euros.

Your pocket watch does arrwant a few comments if you don't mind!One have it cleaned by a GOOD watch man,as I can tell its not keeping good time by the setting of the fast and slow indicator on the movement! Its way to one side ,and if running properly it should be toward the middle of the slow and fast indicator. Second it is a low jewel count watch ,most likely a 7 jewel ,not that that's bad in itself,but it would be better if it was at least 15 jewels. Have the crystal changed!
