Swiss watchmaker Epos has announced the release of the new watch model Sportive Tank (Ref. 3417), the world premiere of which will be held in March at an international watch exhibition BaselWorld 2012.
The rectangular watch case, which has more rounded corners, is made in several versions: stainless steel, with black PVD-coated or PVD-plated with rose gold. The case dimensions are: width 13 mm, length 42 mm and a height of 36 mm. The case is waterproof to 50 meters. The front side of the case is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, which serves as a transparent case back.
The black dial is embellished with vertical stripes and graded by contour Arabic numerals in white. On the periphery is located the minute markings. Hour markers and central hands are coated with luminous compound; the hour and minute hands are framed by a red outline, and the second hand in whole is painted in red. The date aperture is placed at the 6 o’clock position.
Inside the case of the novelty is built a Swiss automatic movement ETA 2824-2 on the 25 jewels.
The novelty comes on a black leather strap with white stitching and a buckle made of stainless steel.
