Ladoire presents the next chapter of Black Widow collection - Mr.Ice watch at GTE 2012
Expressive dial, full of depth, the original "architecture", "exposing" an amazing work of gears and all the "layers" of a unique mechanism – all these are the Mr.Ice watch, which hardly worth considering in a hurry.
The company Ladoire has introduced the new men’s Mr.Ice watch, which are the luxurious limited-edition collection of Black Widow.
This multi-layer mechanism, all the "layers" of which are presented to its owner, is made with the usage of a unique system of ceramic micro ball bearings.
Asymmetric watch case - the embodiment of the avant-garde style, consists of two discs, one of which indexes hours, the other - minutes.
Bezel, mid case and case back are made of titanium Grande 5, and the whole case is made of titanium PVD coating type A-DLC. Titanium crown is at 6 o’clock position, and chronograph button is located at 2 o’clock position "2". The dial is covered by a dome antiglare sapphire crystal. The case back is also made of sapphire. The water resistance of the model is 50 meters.
The watch is made on the basis of the manufacturing movement Calvet/02 Automatic, equipped with a micromotor. The mechanism is equipped with 38 jewels, has a 52-hour power reserve and a frequency balance of 18.000 pc / h. The thickness of the caliber is 10.95 mm.
The uniqueness of this mechanism is also the fact that it includes W-shaped bridges and specially optimized screws.
Indexing of hours, minutes and seconds is carried out by means of a specially patented drive - HMS Planetary ®, which works on ceramic micro ball bearings.
Hours and minutes are indexed by the discs, which are located one above the other. While the 20-second intervals are indexed on a small display with three hands at 3 o’clock position. The big central hand, located on the skeletonized dial is indexed GMT. A place between the positions of "8" and "6" markers is set aside by the designers of this model for indexing time in six time zones. The Mr.Ice watch - an ergonomic model, equipped with a matte black strap in genuine alligator.
The Mr.Ice watch is issued in a limited edition of 12 items.
