This year the watchmaker Fortis celebrates a jubilee - since its founding 100 years have passed. In honor of this event the company has released a new watch Marinemaster Vintage Limited Edition. This model is not issued for the first time – the watch originally was submitted back in the 1940s and then became one of the most popular models of Fortis, produced further only with some updates of a design.
The jubilee watch Marinemaster Vintage Limited Edition is presented in the design of the 1970s. The model has a round case of satin and polished steel, with a diameter of 40 mm and water resistant up to 50 meters. The crown top is decorated with a logo of the brand. Rotating in increments of 120 clicks for a full turn (i.e., up to 30 seconds), unidirectional diver bezel of Marinemaster Vintage Limited Edition has a black coating with white markings. On the black dial the small lateral pointers are identified in tell-tale bright orange color. Belonging to the chronograph the seconds hand is also highlighted in orange, and the hour and minute hands - brighter orange-yellow. On indices and hands is applied white fluorescent coating. There is also a model Marinemaster Vintage Limited Edition with blue coloring instead of orange. The watch with a blue color design looks more relaxed, and the dial with orange accents is more expressive and easy to read, thanks to a good accent attention. At the boundary of the main dial is located a tachometer scale.
Marinemaster Vintage Limited Edition is equipped by an automatic watch mechanism with chronograph function. Its 30-minute indicator is located at the 9 o’clock position, and 12-hour – at the "6 o'clock" position. The 3 o’clock position is a small second hand. The two chronograph buttons are located in areas "2 and 4 o’clock."
Marinemaster Vintage Limited Edition is delivered on a black leather strap with white stitching and steel buckle. The watch is released in a limited edition of 500 items. The watch is a great tool for divers. Only the level of water resistance in this model could be more than 50 meters.
