BaselWorld 2014: De Bethune Presents DB29 Maxichrono Tourbillon Timepiece

The watchmaker De Bethune at the international exhibition of watches and jewelry BaselWorld 2014 will officially unveil its new watch DB29 Maxichrono Tourbillon (Ref. DB29RS1). The model has a polished round case with a diameter of 46 mm and a thickness of 11.7 mm in 18- carat pink gold.

The fluted crown with a chronograph control button on its top is set at the 3 o`clock position. A double anti-reflective sapphire crystal closes the silver dial with black printed Arabic numerals and blued hands with «Breguet apples» and a gold chronograph hand. The case back opens, showing all the beauty of the Swiss caliber with manual winding De Bethune DB2039, 30 mm in diameter, about 410 parts, 49 jewels, with a frequency of 36,000 vibrations per hour, 5 - day power reserve, and functions of hours, minutes and chronograph.

The tourbillon carriage is located on the backside of the caliber. The DB29 Maxichrono Tourbillon watch comes on a brown alligator strap with a buckle in 18 - carat pink gold. The novelty is released in a limited edition, and during the current year will be introduced twenty copies.
