New Bamford Watch Department Timepiece

The manufacture Bamford Watch Department (BWD), specializing in the manufacture of individual sports models, in collaboration with the English painter and sculptor Marc Quinn, at the Art Basel Miami exhibition has unveiled a limited edition watch Red Ocean Orbit (Pacific) Milgauss.

The first collaboration with the artist was resulting in the release of the “Altitude” watch, based on the Rolex Deepsea model. The novelty is also made on the base of the popular model Rolex Milgauss and has a proprietary carbon fiber coated CNV by Bamford Watch Department.

The founder of the brand BWD, George Bamford, said: " We are delighted to present our new cover CNV (Carbon Nano Vapour). We decided to use it in the final model, as case color refers to recent sculptures of Marc, while dial color scheme is reminiscent of recent works of Quinn, uniquely combining the past, present and future."

The Red Ocean Orbit (Pacific) Milgauss watch, which will be released in 15 items, will be available in Bamford Watch Department showrooms, Lane Crawford (www.lanecrawford.com) in Hong Kong and Webster (www.thewebstermiami.com) in Miami.
