The watch case with a diameter of 40 mm and a thickness of 10 mm is made of polished 18 -carat gold and guilloche silver. The silver dial with fine finishes is protected by a sapphire crystal and is decorated with two sub-dials, one of which (on the top ) is equipped with Roman numerals, blued hands with the two "Breguet apples" to indicate the hours and minutes, and the second (lower) - Arabic numerals and blued hands for indicating seconds. At the 3 and 9 o`clock positions there are blued screws.
On the back cover of the Historical Anniversary Tourbillon model is also set the sapphire crystal, which is visible through the work of Swiss manufacturing hand-wound caliber 1412 F.P.Journe. The mechanism is made of gold-plated brass, assembled at 19 jewels, has the frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and a 56 - hour power reserve. The caliber is completely closed by an additional cover, like a pocket watch.
