The watch brand H. Moser & Cie has announced the release of a new model Monard, presented in two versions: a pink and white gold (Ref. 343.505-022 and Ref. 343.505-020).

The novelty wears a case with a diameter of 40.80 mm and a thickness of 10.85 mm. The case on the top is equipped with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, which is also set on the back cover. At the 3 o'clock position is the crown with the H. Moser & Cie’s logo on end.
The model has a fuse dial, embodies the sophistication and simplicity of the classical style. The dial has three narrowing leaf-shaped hands and applied hour markers.

The watch is based on the manufacturing mechanical caliber 343 with manual winding, two barrels, a balance frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour and 168-hour power reserve. Functions: hours, minutes, seconds, power reserve indicator on the back of the caliber.
The model comes on a brown handmade alligator strap with a gold buckle decorated with the brand logo.

H. Moser & Cie – Where does this name originate in? This story is known to very few people. Heinrich Moser was born in 1805 in Schaffhausen, he belonged to a dynasty of watchmakers and he made up his mind to be a watchmaker too. At the age of 22 he moved to Russia, where he successfully founded a watch empire known as H. Moser & Cie.
The watch production was launched in Swiss town of Le Locle, some watch details were purchased from Urban Jurgensen and Jaeger-LeCoultre companies. Producing about 70 calibers, H. Moser & Cie really had a crack, the company supplied Russian emperors with its watches...
