The novelty is presented in a round case of 18-carat white or rose gold. The case diameter is 41 mm, thickness - 11.5 mm, water resistant - 50 meters. The white, black or gold dial, guilloche in the center, is equipped by large Arabic numerals, with 4 central hands to indicate the hours, minutes, seconds and date, as well as pointers of the day of the week and the month at the 9 and 3 o’clock positions respectively. At the 12 o'clock there is an alphabetic leap year, while at the 6 o’clock position - the phase of the moon. On the top of the case and its backside is installed sapphire.

The model Osmior Quantieme Perpetual Retrograde is equipped by a Swiss automatic movement L.Leroy L411.2, on the 32 jewels, with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, 48-hour power reserve, the rotor of 22-carat gold.
