Swiss watchmaker Antoine Martin has released a novelty Quantième Perpétuel au Grand Balancier Open Dial (Ref. QP01.110.9), which combines the design, which is made in the style of Bauhaus, and a technologically innovative mechanism with a perpetual calendar. The caliber was designed by Martin Braun.

The novelty Quantième Perpétuel au Grand Balancier Open Dial has a round case, consisting of 84 parts. The case is made of stainless steel with black DLC coating. The complex multi-level dial with five large cutouts is guilloche in the center. The black dial is equipped with applied hour markers and two hands with black luminescent substance. At the 6 o’clock position is the date aperture (via digital signs in a wide sector aperture), at the 10 and 2 o’clock positions – apertures of day and month (by alphabetical indexes in two vertical apertures), and the aperture of the leap year and the "day / night" – at the 12 and 9 o’clock positions (on round analog pointers). An anti-reflective sapphire crystal closes the dial.
