Fort de Lippe Watch by York

Renowned watchmaker York has developed a new limited model of Fort de Lippe. The novelty is released in honor of the historically significant fort Wilhelmstein Schaumburg-Lippe, known also as “Fort de Lippe” and was built in the 1760s.
The round case of the model in diameter of 44 mm is made of 18 carat pink gold. The novelty is made in classic style – hands, a dial and a case.

The dial is covered with ceramic firing enamel, which underlines the elegance of the model. The white dial features black Arabic numerals and two hands, made in the form of the corona. At the 12 o’clock position is the company logo and the position – 6 o’clock - a small window with a second’s hand.
The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal. The back of the model is also protected by a sapphire glass, which allows observing the work of the mechanism with manual winding. For sophisticated finishes and decoration of the caliber took several days. The mechanism is assembled at 17 jewels, equipped with a frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour, power reserve of 48 hours.
