The new “Change” collection by Locman watch company

The Italian Locman watch brand was founded in 1986 by Marco Mantovani. In 1997 the company's executive management decided to cease the production of watches for other brands and launch its first line of original models under its own brand.
The company tries to occupy its position in the market with its models' innovative design and high quality and with the high level of its workers' craftsmanship. Locman experts work for satisfying the demands of the customers, looking for original, exclusive and fashionable pieces.
Nowadays Locman group is one of the largest Italian wrist watch manufacturers. The company's headquarters is situated in Tuscany, on the island of Elba and its offices are scattered between Florence, Milan and New York. But the “heart” of all Locman timepieces beats on the island of Elba, where all creative ideas are born and all commercial and marketing strategies are developed. The other stages of production take place in Milan, at “Genesi” plant, possessing the most modern and efficient laboratory in Italian watchmaking. Apart from that, all public relations and press contacts are held by the company's own advertising agency, called “Marchio Giallo”.

The brand's new collection – Change, – consists of 2 models: “One” and “Donna”. Provided with wide, sturdy and reliable cases, made of stainless steel, the Change line's wrist watches have a unique innovative peculiarity, protected by international patents: any model's strap can be easily changed with one simple gesture at any moment, you can just slip the watch off it and fix it on another strap's socket. This easy strap interchange system enables you to pick a strap for your current garment or mood or even change the strap material according to the situation, changing the world around the timepiece's wearer.
The models from the Change collection are supplied in an elegant soft leather pouch, complete with a set of natural leather straps of different colours, that will ideally suit different formal or urban events, and with some hypoallergic plant-treated rubber straps, designed for more sporty occasions.

The men's One wrist watch model has a powerful, dynamic design, it is enclosed in a round cambered bezel, made of brushed stainless steel on its sides and polished on the top and the bottom. The watch is water resistant up to 50 metres. On the right side of the case there are the crown and the push-buttons, supplied with a double o-ring sealing, providing better water resistance. The men's One wrist watch is equipped with a mechanical movement with automatic self-rewind, certified by S.I.O. Scuola Italiana di Orologeria (The Italian School of Horology), or a quartz movement in the chronograph version. The sustainability of the One model is provided by the steel case back, fixed with 4 screws and a thick sapphire crystal.
The classic women's Locman Donna wrist watch is enclosed in an oval case with a noble curve, made of stainless steel. The model's wide dial is provided with large Roman numerals and hour marks. The model is tribute to the sensuality and creativity of the women's world. Designed to fulfill every whim and need of the female audience, this perfect timepiece offers a wide range of colours of both the dial's finish and the interchangeable straps, from white to fuchsia or lilac, as well as more classic white, black or natural leather colour.
