 “Resco” is a young American watch company, founded by R.E. Smith in 2009. The idea of creating Resco came up to Smith a long time ago and, after long years of meticulous planning, Smith resolved to set up his own small brand, specializing in producing sports watch models for USA SWAT. Resco watches are produced at the brand's own manufacture, situated in Coronado, California. This is where original Resco models are produced under Smith's government.
Smith's designer's ideas and fantasies are reflected in Resco watches, in the first collection, called “Patriot”, adorning the wrists of 90 USA SWAT members.
The watches' 42-mm cases are made of surgical 316L stainless steel or black PVD-coated stainless steel. Arabic digits are marked on the bezels and the hour marks on the multicoloured dials are marked as rounds, lines and a triangle. The dials are supplied with 3 hands with the hour and minute hands thicker, than the seconds hand, which is longer and has the shape of a half-moon on one side. The hour marks are covered with luminescent coating, enabling you to determine time even in complete darkness. The dials are protected with thick sapphire glasses, which are scratch resistant. The dome-shaped crystals have antireflective coating only on inner sides.  The Patriot watches' case backs are made of stainless steel with engraved brand and collection names. Every watch is supplied with a nylon and a leather strap, thet can be easily interchanged by the owner himself. The watches' water resistance is 200 metres. This line's models are equipped with the RW 2427 movements with automatic self-rewind. The 27-jeweled movement is supplied with an anti-shock system and with the functions of hours, minutes, seconds, the second time zone indication on the mono-directionally rotating bezel with 12 hour indexes. Its frequency is 18000 half-oscillations per hour, the power reserve is 40 hours.
All Resco watches assembly process, including designing and quality control, is carried out in Coronado, at the company's own manufacture. Resco brand is planning elaboration and production of many other wrist watch models and chronographs with GMT function in nearest years.
