Exclusive timepieces at affordable prices, in that way wristwatches of the German brand Meer, founded in 2004, are characterized. The company's founder is the watchmaker Jurgen Meer who was dreaming for a long time to make original wristwatches. He noticed that he, as the brand's founder and owner, had understood that his dream was to create his own watch collection. Thanks to his more than 20 year work experience in the world of high-quality Swiss timepieces and their selling, he decided to assemble the team of the best watchmakers to create his own watch collection. Meer's company is based on successfully chosen team of watchmakers. And, most importantly, the founder sees himself as a customer, for that reason he always takes into account the wishes and tastes of the company’s clients.

Indeed, thanks to workmanship of this team's watchmakers, from the start, since 2007, the company has been the Meer brand that produces original and high-quality wristwatches for the watch market. Since 2007 the company has been manufacturing models with the inscription “Made in Germany” on the dial. This step is explained by the increasing demand for German wristwatches.

Meer watches combine precise and reliable movements, original design and the latest technologies of the watchmaking art. Many models are handmade. Every timepiece underlines vivid individuality and delicate taste of its owner. Meer watches of classical design feature simple elegance. A great attention is paid to watch assemble: every detail, even the smallest one, is properly treated. In Jurgen Meer's opinion, a watch should always be an expression of a special personality, taking a look at which people will enjoy. Round and quadrangular cases of watches are made of hyperallergic stainless steel 316 L, back cases are covered with transparent mineral glasses.

Dials of different colours are marked with hour indexes in a form of Arabic numerals and have hands coated with luminescent. A date aperture is situated at 3 o'clock position, the company's logo – at 12. There are also models with guilloshed and double-layer dials covering with sapphire glasses with an anti-reflective coating. Straps are of genuine leather. Models are water-resistant to 50 metres. All Meer timepieces are equipped with the automatic Swiss-made movement ÅÒÀ 2824-2 on 25 precious stones with a 46 hour power-reserve and frequency of 28,800 vph. Meer watches are available at the company’s official dealers and in many countries.
