Independent inventor and watchmaker Chaykin Konstantin  was born, lives and works in one of the most beautiful cities in the world - St. Petersburg. Since 2003, he began designing and manufacturing luxury expensive watches, equipped with his invention of the same mechanisms and the various complications. Konstantin Chaykin is the only Russian watchmaker, whose skills are acknowledged in the global watch community. He is a member of the International Academy of Independent Watchmakers (AHCI) and works with collectors, jewelers and watchmakers from all over the world - Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, the Middle and Far East, and many others. He founded his own manufactory in developing and manufacturing complex of magnificent watches and machinery. This is where the emerging Russian horology, aided by the rich encyclopedic knowledge of its founder, his experience, skill and ingenuity.
One of the most interesting and notable models of watches Konstantin Chaykin is a model Konstantin Chaykin Hijra. A distinctive feature of this model is the built-in mechanism for the Muslim lunar calendar, which displays the date, day and month. The strap is made of alligator leather and features a solid stainless steel buckle.
The phenomenon of changing phases of the moon found its embodiment in a very interesting model of men's watches "moonwalker". Damascus steel ball of 12 mm in diameter, symbolizing the moon, placed in the center of the dial. The case with a diameter of 50 mm is made of Damascus steel and is equipped with a sapphire crystal. The strap of this unique model is made of alligator leather and fitted with stainless steel buckle. The model was presented to the world on famous watch show BaselWorld 2011.
