 The history of German watchmaking  company Bifora begins in 1900. It was founded by Joseph Bidlingmayer. In 1928 the own mechanism was designed. It was the first engine designed in Germany. During the Second World War, the watches of Bifora released as a time & attendance for officers of the fleet with a silver dial, for the army officers with a black dial.
In the 1950's. Bifora - one of Germany's largest watch manufacturers. After the death of Joseph Bidlingmayer, in the late of 70s the company went bankrupt. In 1978, the Indian businessman Giranand Gadgria bought the company; he was the representative of Bifora the Middle East. In 2006 the company returned to its roots and resumed the glorious traditions of watch making company.
At the present time retro models with silver, blue and black dials are made. The case in the main are round, made of German steel in diameter of 42mm. Water resistant is to 50 meters. A sapphire dial. Indexes, hands are covered luminescent coating. The watches are equipped with manufactory manual winding mechanism Bifora 115-1, 17 stones, and balance frequency of 18,000 p / hour.
